SHAH ALAM: August 13, 2026 – The Sabah water polo team made history with their debut appearance at the XXII Sukan Malaysia (SUKMA) Selangor 2026.
In their opening match at the Darul Ehsan Aquatic Centre (PADE) yesterday, Sabah suffered a 13-28 defeat to the Federal Territories. Despite the loss, the 13 goals scored proved to be a valuable learning experience for the team in their historic first outing.
