PENAMPANG: September 14, 2026 – Petrova topped the second-week concert of Borneo Rising with an overall score of 73.18 per cent, followed by Joy in second place with 64.36 per cent and Dabra in third with 63.59 per cent at the concert held at ITCC Mall, Penampang, yesterday.
Themed ‘Trend X Ethnic’, the concert saw 12 contestants competing for the top spots.
Harvard placed fourth with 61.01 per cent, followed by Harris with 59.90 per cent and Afiq in sixth with 59.74 per cent.
Syukri finished seventh with 57.90 per cent, followed by Rizzani with 54.25 per cent and Faris in ninth with 50.66 per cent.
Michelle placed 10th with 48.27 per cent, followed by Jecinta in 11th with 42.04 per cent and Aadel at the bottom of the standings with 39.04 per cent.
Petrova also took home RM1,000 after being named the winner of the ‘Persembahan Paling Power’ segment sponsored by CelcomDigi during the final segment.
The judges decided to save Michelle at the last moment, allowing her to continue in the competition.
Meanwhile, Jecinta and Aadel will have to determine their fate in Week Three through a battle competition in the first segment.

Borneo Rising is judged by three permanent judges – Noh Salleh, Marsha Milan and Shila Amzah – with 80 per cent of the scores determined by professional judges and the remaining 20 per cent through audience voting.

Hosted by Zizan Razak and Azeva, the eight-week programme runs from September 6 to October 25, 2026, live from ITCC Mall, Penampang, Sabah, every Sunday at 9pm.
