KOTA KINABALU: 7 August 2026 – Innoprise Plantations Bhd, a subsidiary of the Yayasan Sabah Group, has received recognition at The Edge Malaysia Centurion Club Awards 2026. The ceremony took place at the Hilton Kuala Lumpur on Tuesday.
Executive Chairman of Innoprise Corporation Sdn Bhd, Datuk Jasnih Daya, accepted the award on behalf of the company. Also present were Managing Director Datuk Kelvin Tan Aik Pen and Executive Director Steven Ong Chu Yaw.
The Edge Malaysia introduced the awards in 2019. They honour listed companies on Bursa Malaysia with a market capitalisation between RM100 million and RM1 billion. Assessments are based on financial performance and the ability to create value for shareholders.
Key award categories include highest returns to shareholders over three years, highest after-tax profit growth over three years, and highest return on equity over three years. These are open to various sectors, including plantations, construction and technology.
Organisers also presented awards for sustainability excellence, based on the FTSE4Good Bursa Malaysia framework, along with recognition for the best overall performer among Centurion Club members.
Innoprise’s achievement will be featured in a special post-event supplement by The Edge Malaysia. The recognition reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to good corporate governance and sustainable value creation. This effort aligns with the Yayasan Sabah Group’s broader aim to drive economic development in the state.
