KOTA KINABALU: Sept 18, 2026 – Singer Rosario Bianis’ latest single, “Osongulunan (Sendirian)”, tells the story of someone who still feels lonely even while in a relationship.
Rosario said the song takes listeners through an emotional journey of longing, disappointment and loneliness before one seeks strength and surrenders to God.
“Sometimes we have to face things alone, with no place to pour out our feelings or ask for help.
“But through that loneliness, this song aims to remind us that we can still find strength in God,” she said.
She said she chose to sing the song because she was drawn to its story and the emotions it conveys.
“In my view, this song gives listeners room to appreciate it and perhaps relate it to their own life experiences,” she said.
Vocally, the chorus was a challenge because it has a high pitch range and has to be sung loudly and with full emotion.
The music video is set in Kundasang because its atmosphere and scenery were deemed to suit the soul of the song, while also providing a contrast to the loneliness it highlights.
The single can be heard on Spotify, Apple Music and YouTube Music. The lyric video and official music video can be viewed on the Gogds Entertainment YouTube channel.
Filming was done at Pine Tree Aesthetic, Kundasang, with the cooperation of Mount Kinabalu Golf Club, Hooga Cafe and Deco Home Summit.
The music for “Osongulunan (Sendirian)” was composed by KevinGogds and Rexynoell James Gerard, while the lyrics were written by Marcollate Viola Marcus and Jairah Marcus.
The music video was directed and edited by MichaelGogds, with KevinGogds as co-director. Bryan Soo and Jane Alysa Jelius appear as actors.
