KOTA KINABALU: July 11, 2026: – Le Méridien Kota Kinabalu has launched an International Food Festival Dinner Buffet at its Latest Recipe restaurant, positioning it as a highlight of weekend dining throughout July.
The programme is held every Friday and Saturday until 31 July 2026, offering guests a world-cuisine-themed dining experience that includes an extensive array of international dishes, fresh seafood, grilled items, live cooking stations, and specialities from Sabah.
The buffet features a menu that changes weekly, drawing culinary inspiration from various countries. Highlights include whole roasted lamb, slipper lobster, seafood Thermidor, Japanese BBQ, Latin-style grilled dishes, Mediterranean fare, Thai-inspired seafood, and pasta and noodle stations.
Pavin Ravindran, General Manager of Le Méridien Kota Kinabalu, said the hotel intends to offer guests a lively and memorable dining experience.
“This International Food Festival is our invitation to guests to gather, savour delicious dishes, try something new, and celebrate the weekend over a meal,” he said.
Executive Chef Abraham Lingcorn added that the buffet brings together international flavours and local cuisine to deliver a comprehensive experience for diners.

The dinner buffet is priced at RM168 net for adults, RM60 net for children under 12, and RM98 net for senior citizens. Marriott Bonvoy members are entitled to a 20 per cent discount.
